Disenrollment for Non-Payment
Disenrollment for Nonpayment
Per Skagit Valley College Policy, students must pay in full, make a payment plan payment, or arrange funding by the
tuition due dates outlined on the Important Dates and Deadlines page. Students who have not paid in full, made a payment plan payment, or arranged
funding may be dropped from one or more classes for nonpayment.
Cardinal 1 Tuition Due Date
Students who are dropped from one or more classes due to nonpayment after the Cardinal 1 Tuition Due Date will immediately have the opportunity to reenroll in classes.
- For classes that are not full, students may reenroll using ctcLink student self-service
or by emailing their reenrollment request to enrollment@skagit.edu.
- For classes that are full, students may reenroll by emailing their reenrollment request
to enrollment@skagit.edu. Waitlists will be paused for 24 hours to allow students who were dropped for nonpayment
to request reenrollment.
- After 24 hours, the waitlist will resume processing, and students who were dropped for nonpayment will be required to reenroll on the waitlist in the order their request is received.
Once reenrolled, students must pay in full, make a payment plan payment, or arrange
funding by the Cardinal 2 Tuition Due date. Students may be dropped again for nonpayment
after the Cardinal 2 Tuition Due Date.
Cardinal 2 Tuition Due Date
Students who are dropped from one or more classes due to nonpayment after the Cardinal 2 Tuition Due Date must contact enrollment@skagit.edu to be reenrolled.
- For classes that are not full, students may reenroll by emailing their reenrollment
request to enrollment@skagit.edu before open enrollment ends.
- For classes that are full, students may reenroll on the waitlist by emailing their
reenrollment request to enrollment@skagit.edu before open enrollment ends.
- The waitlist process will not be paused, and students who were dropped for nonpayment will be required to reenroll on the waitlist in the order their request is received.
Once reenrolled, students must pay in full, make a payment plan payment, or arrange
funding by the Cardinal 2 Tuition Due date. Students may be dropped again for nonpayment
after the Cardinal 3 Tuition Due Date.
Cardinal 3 Tuition Due Date
Students who are dropped from one or more classes due to nonpayment after the Cardinal 3 Tuition Due Date will not be reenrolled unless they guarantee they will pay in full, make a payment plan payment, or arrange funding within 72 hours of being dropped for nonpayment.
- Students who are dropped for nonpayment after the Cardinal 3 Tuition Due Date will
receive a 100% tuition reversal for any classes dropped for nonpayment.
- Students may email their reenrollment request along with an explanation of how and when they will pay to enrollment@skagit.edu within 72 hours of being dropped for nonpayment.
Once reenrolled, students who do not pay in full, make a payment plan payment, or arrange funding within 72 hours of being dropped for nonpayment will be dropped again without the option to reenroll for the quarter.
