Instituting Program Review in these areas helps to highlight the critical role these college support service units play in helping the College to achievement mission fulfillment through the strategic priority goals, targets, and KPIs. Biennially, Unit/Departmental staff and administrators analyze performance, data on internal customer satisfaction, set unit/department goals, and identify strategies and resources needed to reach those goals. SVC’s Office of Institutional Research provides Student Support Programs with the relevant strategic priority KPI data to contextualize program review. Individual departments also use and collect data locally to inform strategies and decisions.

  4. Revise Unit structure and organization, including relationships with other Units in Student Support Services;
