Reporting an Incident at SVC
If this is an emergency, please call 9-1-1
For an immediate response to other situations, call SVC Security 360.416.7777 (MVC) or 360.679.5383 (WIC). Fill out a reporting form after any immediate action taken.
At Skagit Valley College, we are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all. A healthy campus community depends on everyone’s awareness, involvement, and care.
Are you concerned about a student? Have you witnessed something troubling or experienced discrimination? Please speak up.
SVC uses Incident Report Forms to document and address violations of college policies and procedures. These forms also help connect individuals with emotional or physical support resources. If something feels uncomfortable or suspicious, reporting helps keep our campus safe.
Not sure which form to use? Pick the one that you think most closely fits and we’ll make sure it gets to the right place.
