Skagit Valley College Code of Student Conduct
Residents and guests at Campus View Village are held to the Skagit Valley College Code of Student Conduct as guided by Chapter 132D-150 of the Washington Administrative Code (WAC).

Harassment, Discrimination, and Assault
In the interest of protecting the Campus View Village and broader Skagit Valley College community and in compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013, and the Jeanne Clery Act, Campus View Village strictly prohibits behavior that creates a severely and/or pervasively hostile/dangerous environment of any kind, especially on the basis of gender and sexual orientation.
Residence Life Policies
In addition to the Code of Student Conduct as well as federal, state, and local ordinances, residents and guests at Campus View Village are held accountable to the Residence Life policies as defined in the Residence Life Handbook.
